All measures will be taken to ensure the safety of Formula One teams and fans during the Grand Prix in Bahrain next month, the chief executive of the Bahrain International Circuit said on Wednesday. Bahrain has been in political turmoil for a year and the 2011 Bahrain GP was cancelled because of a wave of anti-government protests and violence. Shaikh Salman Bin Eisa Al Khalifa, the Emir of Bahrain, said Bahrain was safe. He said the country was ready to stage the race. \"The country has moved on and we are on the path of reconciliation,\" Shaikh Salman said in a phone interview.
