Gibbs, meanwhile, notched a 6-4, 6-4 victory over Thai qualifier Noppawan Lertcheewakarn. The 19-year-old\'s reward will be to face top-seeded 2012 Wimbledon winner Serena Williams in her first match since taking the Grand Slam event.
