Olympic 800m champion Pamela Jelimo said Tuesday she plans to take her rebuilding progress towards this summer\'s Olympic Games all in her stride. The 22-year-old Kenyan proved she was on the mend after a long injury lay-off when she won the world indoor 800m title in Istanbul on Sunday, her first international competition since the 2008 Olympic games. \"I do not want to say now about my future race plans. But I am going to take a rest and then start training for the outdoor season,\" said Jelimo on her return home from Turkey on Tuesday \"I believe my victory in Istanbul was just a start and I plan to take it one race at a time. I had never competed indoors but surprisingly I won and this means a lot for me after three years of inactivity. \"Now I have to focus more seriously on the future, and being the Olympic champion there will be a lot of pressure on me,\" she added. Jelimo still has to qualify for Kenya\'s Olympic team during the national trials in Nairobi on June 21-23. The London Olympics will take place from July 27 until August 12.
