Kuwait Football Association approved on Thursday the national U-19 squad for Group B qualifiers for the AFC Asian Cup Qatar 2014 as recommended by the technical apparatus.The 24-strong squad will fly to Doha, capital of Qatar, on October 20 for a training camp in the run-up to the qualifiers which will open on October 25.Group B includes Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain, Bhutan and Tajikistan. The top two teams will qualify for the Asian Cup.The U-19 team, led by the coach Ahmed Haidar, played two friendly matches against Oman and Syria last week as a prelude to selecting the final lineup.The KFA asked, in a statement here, the educational institutions notably Kuwait University to give the player leaves to enable them to participate in the tournament successfully.
