Markus Kattner

Acting FIFA Secretary General Markus Kattner said Friday suspended members Kuwait and Indonesia remain barred from voting in the body's presidential election.

The Kuwait Football Association was banned in October last year after it was found the Government were interfering in the organization's affairs, which is strictly prohibited under FIFA rules.

The Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) was suspended following a row between the body and the Sports Ministry of Indonesia.

With the two suspensions, 207 FIFA members are cleared to cast ballots at the congress in Zurich, to choose a successor to banned President Sepp Blatter.

Jordan Football Association chief Ali Bin Al Hussein, Asian Football Confederation (AFC) President Salman Bin Ibrahim Al Khalifa, UEFA general secretary Gianni Infantino, Frenchman Jerome Champagne and South African businessman Tokyo Sexwale are the five candidates in the running for the top job at world football's governing body.
