Kings XI Punjab claimed their third win of the Indian Premier League season with a six-wicket triumph over Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium. Australia\'s Shaun Marsh hit a match-winning unbeaten 68 they chased down a target of 164 with three balls to spare. New Zealander James Franklin cracked 79 in 51 balls smashing six fours and four sixes to give Mumbai a solid start. However, Sachin Tendulkar (23) and Dinesh Karthik (35) continued the momentum , before being pegged back by Parvinder Arwana and Praveen Kumar who took two wickets apiece as Mumbai posted 163 for six. During the chase, Kings XI openers Nitin Saini and Mandeep Singh gave them a steady start posting 48 before Marsh took charge. He hit five boundaries and three sixers off just 40 balls during his knock to steer Punjab to victory. Kolkata Knight Riders coasted to a five-wicket win against Deccan Chargers who suffered their fifth consecutive defeat. Being put into to bat in Cuttack, Deccan could only make 126 for seven with opener Shikhar Dhawan top-scoring with a dogged 50. Kolkata lost wickets at regular intervals in their run chase but reached their target in the final over. Captain Gautam Gambhir and Manoj Tiwary scored a 30 each to lift Kolkata up to third in the table.
