The first team drew there at the weekend, the youth team won there only a couple of weeks ago, tonight it\'s the turn of the Chelsea reserve side to go head-to-head with Norwich City at Carrow Road in a Barclays Premier Reserve League South encounter. Dermot Drummy\'s side will be looking to get back to winning ways following a 3-2 defeat at home to West Bromwich Albion, and with Norwich currently bottom of the reserve table, Chelsea will go into the game as favourites. While the performance against West Brom was quite pleasing from an attacking perspective, with both Jacob Mellis and Milan Lalkovic taking their goals extremely well, Drummy will be looking for a more solid display this time around. \'I thought defensive slip-ups cost us a game we should have won against West Brom,\' he told the official Chelsea website. \'We should have at least got a draw, but we have been working on that side of our game, a lot will depend on what type of side Norwich put out and how experienced it is, but it will be competitive that\'s for sure.\' The first team squad are currently enjoying a few days training in the warmer climate of Mallorca, ensuring those fringe players who sometimes turn out for the reserves such as Romelu Lukaku, Sam Hutchinson and Ryan Bertrand will not be available for the game. Drummy though sees the absence of certain players as the perfect opportunity for others to stake a claim. \'With the first team squad away, our selection process is fine and we know what we have to work with, which means I don\'t need to leave players out,\' he says. \'We should have a couple of the youth team players involved with us, I speak to Adi Viveash [youth team manager] on a daily basis and he feels they\'re ready to make the step up. \'We\'ve got Conor Clifford back from his loan spell at Yeovil which is good, and even though we have a young side hopefully we can go there and get a good result.\'
