Spurs are poised to sign Ecuadorian Christian Ramirez for £1.5 million when he turns 18, according to a Mirror exclusive. The attacking left-back has been likened to former Brazil international Roberto Carlos. Ramirez has been to London to sort out terms and will join from Independiente Jose Teran in the summer, the report added. The starlet was an oustanding perfomer n the Under-17 World Cup and will turn 18 on August when he will eligible under transfer rules to move from South America to Europe.
