Brest striker Nolan Roux has a \"98 percent\" chance of joining Lille, according to the French champions\' president, Michel Seydoux. Brest president Michel Guyot announced on Tuesday that the two clubs had agreed a fee for the 23-year-old, but Seydoux\'s comments on Wednesday revealed that there were still several details to iron out. \"There\'s a big chance of Nolan Roux joining us,\" admitted Seydoux. \"But as long as things haven\'t been finalised, we have to remain responsible, reasonable and respectful of our commitments. Today there\'s a 98 percent chance that he\'ll be at Lille this season.\" The website of French sport daily L\'Equipe reported on Wednesday that Lille have agreed to sell last season\'s top scorer Moussa Sow to Turkish side Fenerbahce for a fee of around 13 million euros ($16.7m). However, Seydoux poured cold water on the chances of Sow leaving the club when he insisted that Lille were under no obligation to sell their players. \"The arrival of Nolan Roux does not oblige LOSC (Lille) to sell a first-team player,\" he said. \"I\'ve said from the beginning, I\'m not a seller.\" A France Under-21 international who came close to signing for Schalke last summer, Roux joined Brest from Lens in 2009 and has scored 25 goals in 80 appearances for the Brittany club.
