Two people were injured Wednesday when a home-made bomb went off in Tawabiq area of Faisal Street in the Giza governorate's district of Haram, a security source told MENA. 

Explosive experts are mopping up the area for possible threats, the source said, adding more reports would be announced on casualties. 

The blast scene was cordoned off and road blocked in both directions.
