North Sinai security forces arrested on Tuesday Six elements of the terrorist Muslim Brotherhood (MB) group, a security source said.
The arrestees face charges of staging protests and inciting violence against police and army personnel.
They were referred to the prosecution and legal procedures against were taken against them, the source added.
