The Egyptian bourse decided to delay the trading session for a minute on Monday to start on 10:01.

This comes in mourning on the victims of the explosion that took place inside El Boutroseya Church (St. Peter & St. Paul Coptic Orthodox Church) in Cairo’s Abbassiya district, leaving 23 people dead and 49 others injured.
