The Egyptian army said Sunday its Apache gunships launched several attacks on suspected terrorist hotbeds in Al-Areesh and Sheikh Zuwayed towns in North Sinai Governorate.
The military operation destroyed a number of arms caches and vehicles belonging to terrorist elements, according to a military statement.
