Security forces on Thursday foiled a bid to explode an electricity tower in Sharqiya governorate.
Acting upon a tip-off, sappers rushed to the scene and managed to defuse two explosive charges planted under the tower in the 10th of Ramadan City.
On Wednesday, nine explosive devices went off and seven others were defused near electricity pylons in Sharqiya.
