Bomb disposal experts managed to defuse an explosive charge planted by an unknown person in Assiut Street in Arish, North Sinai, with no casualties reported.

The scene was sealed off and the nearby streets were partially shut down, said security sources.

The sappers successfully defused the bomb without any human losses or material damage, said the sources.
