An officer and three soldiers were injured when a roadside bomb went off west of Sheikh Zuwaid city on Sunday.
The four were injured while they were combing Al-Taweel village, west of Sheikh Zuwaid.
The injured were moved to Arish military hospital.
They are due to be taken to Cairo for completing their treatment.
Security forces are combing nearby areas in search for any other bombs.
