A watchman of Giza Security Directorate breathed his last when two gunmen shot him dead, said an official in the Interior Ministry's Media Security Office.

The watchman, named Saleh Fakhry Ibrahim Saker, was killed by unidentified men riding a motorcycle while guarding a post office in Badrashine, according to a statement issued by the ministry on Thursday.

Security bodies intensified their efforts to chase the perpetrators and bring them to justice, the official underscored.
