The Algerian army managed to kill two terrorists east of the Algerian capital. The daily Al-Khabar newspaper of Friday reported that the Algerian army killed the two terrorists during an ambush that was set up to arrest a terrorist group in Texenna town, 25 southern Jijel province, some 400km east of the Algerian capital. An investigation was launched to get acquainted with the identity of the terrorists, whose corpses were moved to a hospital in the province, the paper added. Meantime, Algerian counter-terrorism security forces killed 161 militants and arrested 309 in 2012, said a military official.
