An earthquake with a magnitude of 3.9 on the Richter scale recorded in Medea in Algeria.

    The Center for Research in Astronomy and Astrophysics Geophysics said in a statement that the epicenter of the quake was located 17 km northwest of Ksar el Boukhari in Medea province. No damages or casualties were reported.
