A 4.5 magnitude quake on Tuesday hit the city of Kahramanmaras, southern Turkey, local media reported. Tremors were felt at the city Gaziantep and its surrounding areas. The epicenter, with a depth of 14 km, was initially determined to be at 37.297 degrees north latitude and 37.135 degrees east longitude, according to Turkey’s Kandilli Observatory and Earthquake Research Institute. No losses or injuries were reported, however.
