An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted 34 km NE of Port-Olry, Vanuatu at 01:34: 20 Hong Kong Time on Thursday (17:34:20 GMT on Wednesday), the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 114.23 km, was initially determined to be at 14.7995 degrees south latitude and 167.2407 degrees east longitude.
