An earthquake measuring 5.5 on the Richter scale jolted 154km WSW of Te Anau, New Zealand at 20: 07:26 Hong Kong Time (12:07:26 GMT) on Monday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 20.08 km, was initially determined to be at 46.0909 degrees south latitude and 165.9733 degrees east longitude.
