Drum seismograph records the shaking of the ground

A magnitude 5.0 aftershock struck central Nepal on Saturday, Russia Today reported.

The fresh tremor hit at 05:35 GMT 93 km northwest of Kathmandu. The epicenter of the aftershock was located at a shallow depth of 10 km.

There were no immediate reports of casualties, but thousands were still missing over the weekend, after the devastating 7.8 quake that happened less than one week ago, killing more than 6,000 people.
