Earthquake hits southwest China

 An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter scale jolted Yongshan County of Southwest China’s Yunnan Province 06:07 a.m. Sunday (Beijing Time), reported China’s news agency (Xinhua) today.
China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC) said in a statement that the epicenter, with a depth of 7 km, was monitored at about 28.1 degrees north latitude and 103.5 degrees east longitude.
