An earthquake measuring 5.1 on the Richter scale jolted Mindanao, Philippines at 06:25:31 GMT on Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 41.10 km, was initially determined to be at 8.2931 degrees north latitude and 123.3140 degrees east longitude.
