An earthquake measuring 5.2 on the Richter scale jolted Fiji region at 17:44:00 GMT on Friday, the U.S. Geological Survey said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 342.85 km, was initially determined to be at 17.3302 degrees south latitude and 177.0849 degrees west longitude.
