A 5.5-magnitude quake struck Jianhe county in southwest China's Guizhou province Monday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center.
The quake hit on Moday morning at 26.6 degrees north latitude and 108.8 degrees east longitude with a depth of 7.0 kilometers, according to China'a (Xinhua) News Agency.
There were no immediate reports of damage or casualties.
