An earthquake measuring 5.9 on the Richter scale hit today south-west of Arcelia in Mexico at a depth of 10 kms, the U.S. Geological Survey USGS announced.A ccording to Reuters News Agency, the quake was felt in Mexico City. No damage or casualties have been reported so far.
