An earthquake measuring 6.4 on the Richter scale jolted 300 km NW of Neiafu, Tonga at 07:48:32 GMT Saturday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 387.6 km, was initially determined to be at 17.129 degrees south latitude and 176.337 degrees west longitude.
