A 6.1-magnitude earthquake shook Costa Rica Monday and could be felt as far away as Panama, officials said. The quake\'s epicenter, about 20 miles deep, was on the country\'s central Pacific coast about 50 miles from San Jose, Costa Rica, and 120 miles from Bocas del Toro, Panama, the U.S. Geological Survey reported. There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage, the Tico Times said.
