An earthquake measuring 6.6 on the Richter scale jolted 101km NW of Port-Olry, Vanuatu at 05:50:30 Hong Kong Time on Firday (2016-04-14 21:50:30 GMT), the U.S. Geological Survey said.

The epicenter, with a depth of 10.0 km, was initially determined to be at 14.5 degrees south latitude and 166.3 degrees east longitude.
