A 7.0-magnitude earthquake jolted 42km east of Tambo, Peru at 23:21:41 GMT on Sunday, the U.S. Geological Survey reported.
The epicenter, with a depth of 58.87 km, was initially determined to be at 14.622 degrees south latitude and 73.5658 degrees west longitude.
