An earthquake measuring 7.3 on the Richter scale jolted Sea of Okhotsk, off Russia's Far East, at 02:59:38 GMT Tuesday, the U.S. Geological Survey said. The epicenter, with a depth of 582.10 km, was initially determined to be at 49.6790 degrees north latitude and 145.3000 degrees east longitude.
