An earthquake measuring 4.2 on the Richter scale hit this morning occupied Palestine. The Geoscience and Earthquake Engineering Centre in Ramallah said the earthquake\'\'s epicenter was located in the Dead Sea area.    No human losses or property damage was reported after the tremor.
