The Ministry of Water Resources said Egypt and Kenya will sign a memorandum of understanding worth 5.5 million dollars (40 million pounds) for boosting bilateral water cooperation, the ministry said in a statement.
It said Water Resources and Irrigation Minister Hossam Moghazy met with Kenyan Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries Felix Kiskei.
Kiskei is visiting Cairo for talks on ways to boost bilateral ties.
