Heavy rains have caused flooding, landslides and other damage throughout Italy, officials say. Italy\'s Massa Carrara province received almost 10 inches of rainfall between 11 p.m. and 4 a.m. Saturday to Sunday, the Agenzia Giornalistica Italia reported. Many streets flooded and landslips and slides occurred. In La Spezia, about 100 people were evacuated as a precaution. Tuscany, Umbria and Lazio have been warned against flooding as rain is expected in the area through Monday, AGI said.
