The International Atomic Energy Agency - the IAEA -- is expected to release a report on Iran’s nuclear program next week. The report hints at Iran doing weapons work despite UN sanctions. Yukiya Amano, the director of the IAEA, says that, while its too early to make conclusions just yet, the report may possibly exacerbate middle east tensions. It is, however, expected to bring substantial progress to the 7-year-long investigation. At the UN general assembly, Amano has urged Iran to cooperate with the IAEA to prove its nuclear program is for peaceful purposes.
