Lava flow at Hawaii

Lava that was filling the driveway of a Hawaii trash transfer station has stopped.
Hawaii County Civil Defense officials say a breakout of the lava flow near the transfer station wasn't active Friday. It's no longer burning asphalt.
Officials continue to monitor that breakout, along with two others near the small town of Pahoa, AP reported.
Civil Defense Director Darryl Oliveira says lava near a cemetery that burned down a house earlier this week hasn't advanced significantly. Lava is also oozing out at another spot about 300 yards (275 meters)upslope of a rural road.
