An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.0 jolted parts of Iwate and Miyagi prefectures Sunday, the Japan Meteorological Agency said. No tsunami warning was issued, according to Japan\'s News Agency (Kyodo). The temblor, which occurred off Iwate, measured 4 on the Japanese intensity scale of 7 in the prefecture\'s southern inland region and 3 in other parts of Iwate and northern Miyagi.
