A magnitude 6.6 earthquake jolted 141 km west-northwest of Tobelo, Indonesia at 11:34:14 GMT on Sunday (19:34:14 Beijing time), the U.S. Geological Survey ( USGS) said.
The epicenter, with a depth of 65.5 km, was initially determined to be at 2.249 degrees north latitude and 126.849 degrees east longitude.
