A moderate earthquake with a 5.3 magnitude on the Richter scale hit Banda Sea East Indonesia at 5:29 a.m. (21:29 GMT) Monday, causing neither high tide nor Tsunami.The Malaysian Meteorological Department said the earthquake epicenter is located at 7.2 North latitude, 128.5 East longitude, 1,702 km northeast of Semporna, Sabah.
