Flood in Western Indian state

Over 200,000 people in the western Indian state of Gujarat are facing flood threat as the Vishwamitri river in the state swelled due to incessant rains, said local media.
The western parts of the city of Vadodara, the third largest city of Gujarat, has been flooded, said the Press Trust of India.
Heavy monsoon rains have hit western and northern India over the past one week, leading to a devastating flood in Indian- controlled Kashmir in which over 200 were killed.
