An earthquake measuring 3.7 on Richter scale jolted surrounding areas of Iranshahr in southeastern province of Sistan and Baluchestan in Iran on Monday morning. The quake was epicentered at 27.55 degrees latitude and 61.2 degrees longitude and in depth of 35 kilometers underground, Iran's (IRNA) news agency reported citing the seismological base of the Geophysics Institute of Tehran University. There is no immediate report on possible causalities or damage caused by the quake.
