A quake with a magnitude of 4.2 on the richter scale shook Mohammadabad Rigan suburbs on Kerman-Sistan-Balouchestan border southeast of Iran at 12:22 hours local time (09:52 GMT) on Sunday. Tehran Geophysics Institute said the epicenter of the main quake was located in an area 59.02 degrees in longitude and 28.35 degrees in latitude. There are yet no reports on the number of fatalities.
