Russia’s emergencies ministry is ready to offer help to earthquake-struck China, a ministry spokesman told Itar-Tass on Saturday. According to latest reports, at least 70 people were killed and more than 700 were injured in a magnitude 7 earthquake that struck China’s southwestern province of Sichuan on Saturday.
