Rabat - MENA
Several flights of Morocco’s national carrier, Royal Air Maroc (RAM), were diverted Saturday due to severe weather conditions.
"The persistence of dense fog in several Moroccan cities, especially Casablanca (company hub), made several Moroccan airports inaccessible during some periods of the day," RAM said in a statement.
Following these extreme weather disturbances, Royal Air Morocco has mobilized all its teams to support passengers in the affected airports.
The national carrier also pointed out that given the persistence of these weather conditions, the situation is closely followed up by its teams.
