An earthquake of 7 magnitude struck the Pacific nation of Vanuatu, but no immediate reports of damage or injuries, Sky News Arabia reported Thursday.

The US Geological Survey (USGS) said in a statement that the quake struck 191 km northwest of the Pacific island of Vanuatu.
