Thailand will reach a decision on a national water management project by October after work on the multi-billion dollar initiative involving South Korea was suspended following the establishment of a military junta, the country's acting foreign minister said Tuesday.
Sihasak Phuangketkeow, who is in Seoul to attend the 4th Mekong-ROK Foreign Ministers' Meeting, told Yonhap News Agency that Bangkok is in the process of determining which projects are most needed to avoid putting a burden on the national economy.
