Tropical Storm Raymond maintained its strength as it moved off Mexico\'s Pacific coast Thursday, weather forecasters said. Raymond, with maximum sustained winds of 45 mph, was about 305 miles south-southwest of Manzanillo, Mexico, moving west at 8 mph, the National Hurricane Center in Miami said in its 5 a.m. EDT advisory. No coastal watches or warnings were in effect. Raymond is expected to move west during the next couple of days and could regain some strength during the forecast period, the center said. Tropical storm-force winds extended outward from center up to 70 miles.
