The water level near Komsomolsk-on-Amur has risen again, press service of Khabarovsk territory’s branch of Russia’s Emergency Situations Ministry /EMERCOM/ said on Sunday. In the morning it made 908 centimetres, like on previous days. “As of 20:00 local time /13:00 Moscow time/, the water level in the Amur River near Komsomolsk-on-Amur is 910 centimetres,” the source said.
